These consist of powdered mixes and premixes from ingredients made prior to the production of finished products by our customers. The expertise acquired during the assembly and mixing of the technological, sensory and nutritional ingredients means that we can offer solutions for all kinds of applications: speciality breads, cakes, gluten free products, patisserie fillings.
The blending together of sunflower seeds, hard wheat semolina, malted wheat flakes, wheat gluten, roasted malted wheat flour, almonds, wheatgerm, for example, all make up the composition of the Félicité® Eclats de Céréales 25% concentrate, the bread that has double the crunch: on the outside and inside!
Staff shortages, extended opening hours, changes in consumer behaviour towards wanting greater diversity, more personalised products, all increase the demands on bakery, morning good and patisserie suppliers. Ease of use, making it possible to respond to production requirements, by optimising time and making the work in the bakery easier.
